Great New Product that was DEFECTIVE December 28, 2007 Application Security 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I tried buying one of these from TigerDirect and it arrived with a manufacturer defect - Tiger offered to refund me, and Adesso would not honor the manufacturers warranty. This keyboard is AMAZING and very powerful for saving your body from the rigor of typing all day. Just make sure you do not get one from the defective lot!
I should have just gotten one from Amazon in the first place...
cheap piece of junk - defective caps lock. January 7, 2008 M. Kelly (Kinderhook, NY) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am very displeased with this product. It is very cheaply made and the key action is very unsatisfactory. But worst of all, the caps lock key is defective - whether engaging or disengaging, invariably the very next key auto-repeats until I can hit the escape key, then I have to delete dozens of errant chareacters before I can return to my work. I am going to return this product for a full refund.
Stops responding all the time August 30, 2008 IT Admin (Seattle WA) In windows XP this keyboard just stops working several times a day. Unplug and plug it back in and it works again. Has no driver software and its supposed to be plug and play. Buy it if you want to unplug it and plug it back in throughout the day. This occurred on a docking station and a PC. All are new and one component consistently stops working. This keyboard. I can't tell you how Happy I am after spending $65 to have it expedited to accommodate a user with carpal tunnel. Steer clear of this device.
