It works well and it's very compact. The one problem I had was that the light never changes to tell you that the batteries are fully charged. It always shows red lights. Other than that, this product served my needs just fine.

There are no instructions so not sure if the red light means the batteries are charging or are charged. It doesn't indicate if the batteries that were included need to be charged first or are fully charged either. No response from email sent to company. So I charged the new batteries overnight and the light stayed red the entire time. The batteries work fine but maybe they were already charged!

I WAS THRILLED TO RECEIVE MY NEW DIGITAL CAMERA,,BECAUSE OF THE UPCOMING TRIP I JUST COMPLETED TO ISREAL. UNFORTUNATELY MY BATTERY CHARGER WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE DID NOT SEEM TO WORK PROPERLY...I WOULD PUT MY BATTERIES INTO THE CHARGER AND A RED LIGHT WAS SHOWING, THE CHARGER NEVER EVER GOT OFF THE RED LIGHT. WHEN I PUT MY BATTERIES INTO MY CAMERA THEY WOULD ONLY LAST A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF TIME. FORTUNATELY ANOTHER PASSENGER ON THE TRIP WAS ABLE TO CHARGE MY BATTERIES FOR ME. I JUST RETURNED AND WAS ABOUT TO CALL AMAZON TO INFORM THEM OF MY PROBLEM. INSTEAD YOU HAVE REQUESTED MY THOUGHTS...NOW YOU HAVE THEM...WHAT WILL YOU DO TO REPLACE THE CHARGER (WHICH DOES NOT WORK) THANK YOU SAMANTHA MOSS.....I WILL NOW WAIT TO SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES SOMEBODY TO GET BACK TO ME.....I AM A BIT SYNICAL AT THIS TIME....SORRY

This product is not too bad, but the batteries only last a few days in the digital camera they were recommended for in a bundle deal on Amazon. I took the camera on a cruise and every two days (only taking less than 10 pictures most w/o the flash) I had to change the batteries.
They also go dead just sitting in the charger or in the camera.

1. The charger light goes on when you plug it in but never extinguishes so you never know when the batteries are charged.
2. I charged the batteries for 24 hours and two of them lasted less than an hour in my digital camera (I took no movies and regular alkaline batteries lasted for days.)
3. I went to the Digipower web site and the company is not selling this model any more.
