Product Description If you're kind to potatoes, they'll be kind to you. Stop pounding. That's the idea behind the Simply Mash Potato Masher. The ingenious design uses your palm rotating in circles to mash potatoes. It's faster and easier than conventional mashers (50% faster) and creates deliciously soft and fluffy potatoes. Things to love about our potato masher: Quicker and easier than other mashers, Creates soft and fluffy mashed potatoes, No pounding required, Comfortable handle is easy to use.A favorite comfort food just got easier to enjoy. The Simply Mash potato masher is certainly unique, with its flower-like base and bulb for a handle. The beauty is it requires no pounding or elbow grease to make fluffy mounds out of your favored ???tater. A simple rotating action to your desired texture is all it takes. The non-slip handle and molded base require less effort than a conventional masher, and it works well with yams and other like foods. Plus, it's dishwasher safe for simple clean up.

Terrific potato masher April 5, 2006 H. Stockwell (Fpo/Ap, AP USA) 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
I operate restaurants and often cater to large BBQs and groups...One of my special recipes calls for 30~40# of potatoes in their jackets to be mashed...I've tried all kinds of mashers before finding this one...I can do the ENTIRE flat in just a few short minutes...It's saved me tremendous time and I love it!!!
Great product January 21, 2007 Jeffrey K. Ericson (Pheonix, AZ) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I don't usually get excited about kitchen tools, but I've been disappointed by the traditional potato masher. This one works great, fast, and easy. It's more finesse than elbow grease, and it's faster. I especially love that we can make potatoes for two or three and mash them well in seconds.
Great Little Gadget February 13, 2008 Fescat (Washington state) I didn't have a potato masher before this one, I used a ricer to make mashed potatoes. This little thing works great! With very little effort, it makes great mashed potatoes with virturally no lumps. I'm glad I bought it.
Masher June 18, 2008 K. Carlson (Wilmette, IL United States) I use this to make guacamole. It works great! Very ergonomic and easy to clean.
This is a great little gadget... December 2, 2007 turtlnsite This works best when you make potatoes, drain them and put them back in the hot pan until the sizzling stops. Then you put your butter and a little bit of milk in the bowl and the masher does the work! The potatoes are fluffy and don't turn into "glue" as can sometimes happen when they are over whipped. Sometimes I mash completely and often times I leave it kind of chunky style. Either way, it is great!
